About This Role

Stravica's Intelligent Solutions practice is growing and we are looking for a Data & AI Strategy Manager to lead our data and intelligence engagements. You will help governments, enterprises, and institutions turn their data into a genuine strategic asset — designing analytics systems, AI implementations, and data governance frameworks that drive measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Design and lead data strategy engagements — from data audit and architecture design through to BI implementation and AI integration
• Develop AI-powered solutions tailored to institutional contexts (predictive analytics, NLP, decision-support systems)
• Build data governance frameworks that meet Dutch (AVG) and international compliance requirements
• Translate complex data concepts into clear strategic narratives for C-suite and ministerial audiences
• Contribute to Stravica's Intelligent Solutions methodology and thought leadership

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in data strategy, business intelligence, or applied AI/ML
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, Python, SQL, or equivalent
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
• Ability to work with and communicate to both technical and executive audiences
• Experience in government or large enterprise contexts preferred
• 2 openings — one focused on Netherlands/EU clients, one on MENA

About This Role

Stravica is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to drive our most complex technology-enabled change engagements. Based in The Hague, you will design and oversee the implementation of enterprise platforms, operating model redesigns, and technology architecture solutions for institutional clients.

This is a senior delivery role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability — someone who can translate organizational vision into system design, and system design into a working solution.

What You Will Do

• Lead digital transformation engagements from current-state diagnosis through to implementation and adoption
• Design enterprise technology architectures, ERP implementations, and workflow automation solutions
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams (internal and client-side) with full accountability for timeline and outcomes
• Facilitate executive workshops on digital strategy, operating model design, and change management
• Build Stravica's Digital Transformation methodology and service offerings

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or technology consulting
• Deep expertise in at least one major ERP platform (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle)
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale technology implementations with complex stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of process design, change management, and organizational adoption
• Fluency in English required; Dutch or Arabic an advantage

About This Role

Stravica is looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Enterprise Innovation practice in The Hague. You will lead complex strategy engagements for government entities, large enterprises, and institutional clients across the Netherlands and MENA region.

At Stravica, consultants are not analysts who build slides. They are embedded partners who design, present, defend, and implement strategic recommendations at the most senior levels of client organizations.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end strategy engagements — from problem framing and diagnostic analysis to recommendation development and executive presentations
• Manage client relationships at C-suite and ministerial level with autonomy and credibility
• Develop strategic frameworks, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for complex institutional challenges
• Contribute to business development through thought leadership, proposal writing, and network cultivation
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Stravica's intellectual capital

What We Are Looking For

• 5–8 years of strategy consulting or equivalent institutional experience
• Track record of leading complex, ambiguous engagements with measurable outcomes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (Dutch or Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Experience working with government or large enterprise clients in the Netherlands, GCC, or international context
• Deep analytical capability combined with strong executive presence

About This Role

Stravica is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and grow our client relationships across the Netherlands, Europe, and the MENA region. This is a senior commercial role that requires both strategic market understanding and the personal credibility to engage with senior government and enterprise decision-makers.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and closing engagements that align with Stravica's four service domains: Enterprise Innovation, Digital Transformation, Intelligent Solutions & Data, and Strategic Media.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across target markets (Netherlands, GCC, broader MENA)
• Develop and present tailored proposals that translate client challenges into compelling Stravica solutions
• Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers in government ministries, enterprise C-suites, and institutional leadership
• Represent Stravica at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums
• Collaborate with practice leads to develop market-specific offerings and go-to-market strategies
• Contribute to Stravica's growth from a boutique firm to a recognized institutional partner of choice

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years in business development, account management, or commercial consulting
• Proven track record of closing high-value B2G or B2B engagements (€500K+ deal size preferred)
• Strong network in Dutch government, European institutional, or GCC government/enterprise contexts
• Deep understanding of the professional services / management consulting market
• Fluency in English and Dutch required; Arabic a significant advantage
• Strategic thinker who can engage credibly on substance, not just relationships
