- Develop and present tailored proposals that translate client challenges into compelling Stravica solutions
- Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers in government ministries, enterprise C-suites, and institutional leadership
- Represent Stravica at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums
- Collaborate with practice leads to develop market-specific offerings and go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to Stravica's growth from a boutique firm to a recognized institutional partner of choice
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years in business development, account management, or commercial consulting
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2G or B2B engagements (€500K+ deal size preferred)
- Strong network in Dutch government, European institutional, or GCC government/enterprise contexts
- Deep understanding of the professional services / management consulting market
- Fluency in English and Dutch required; Arabic a significant advantage
- Strategic thinker who can engage credibly on substance, not just relationships
What Stravica Offers

- The credibility of a truly differentiated service offering in a market that needs it
- Headquarters in The Hague — central to both Dutch government and international institutions
- Competitive base + uncapped commission structure
